Hello readers!

We hope you are enjoying the light of Spring.

Mildly excited to announce that we have been granted permission from Jamie Oliver to share the story of Andy Harris's forged iron garden gates, which we were lucky enough to exhibit at the Opening of Wightman Gallery at Compass Courtyard in East Anglia, a few miles from where Jamie first learnt to cook. Tickled pink to represent artist Andy Harris on Jamie's patch.

After the excitement of the opening of Wightman Gallery and 'Lines' exhibition we wanted to share a few main highlights of the artworks too and hear what the artists themselves had to say about the show and their thoughts on art. Don't worry if you missed the opening of Wightman Gallery just click button below to see the film produced by Ben at Spellbinder Productions. The exhibition ends on the 30th April so there is plenty of time to pop by, see the magnificent craftsmanship of 15 artists at Compass Courtyard and enjoy the artworks on the walls also, at the Mixing Shed Café.

Andy's iron work offers us a window into the skilled craftsmanship of this material.  Everygate tells us a different story. Cascades of bumblebees, butterflies, snails, leaves or chilli's, all combine skill with imagination.

Why not tell a story through a gate for your garden? It's not too late to enquire about commissioning Andy to transform your garden into a story that will outlive us all.

Andy will be returning to East Anglia soon to visit all the gardens who have showed an interest. Make sure to book an appointment via Wightman Gallery to discuss any ideas you may have. Please feel free to contact me, Annabel Wightman by emailing wightmangallery@gmail.com
